Fatigue is a sign that your body is feeling physical or emotional stress.  Thinking that it will just go away is a common mistake that everyone does.  Causes are determined by the person, the way they’re dieting, what medications they are on, lack of activity, lack of exercising, and just feeling alone.

It is a bit hard to walk today, so what better time to write a review. I have been working out with Kelly since June 2012. Initially it was 1x a week for a group class. Then it became 2x a week, which made a noticeable difference. Kelly's workouts are tough in a very satisfying way. You are never bored, he always corrects for proper form, and he gets all the major muscle groups in a well-balanced rotation. You know that feeling when your arms shake a bit as you put shampoo in your hair post-workout? Love it. I should add that I am newly pregnant and Kelly has formatted my workouts accordingly. I look forward to continuing my pursuit of strength and good health with Kelly!
